How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing all of the following information:

Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
2. Notify the user who posted the content
3. Document the takedown for our records

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours of receipt.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

RealTalkUSA will terminate user accounts of those who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Reporting Copyright Infringement of Our Content

If you discover that our original content has been copied or reproduced without authorization on another website, we appreciate you notifying us at dmca@realtalkusa.com so we can take appropriate action.
